Flying Dreams Project

Sometimes, I can fly in my dreams. With one firm gesture, one stroke to the air with my arms, I find myself high above and I fly freely. I am not the only one with these dreams. After discussing this topic with some of my friends, I figured more people dream about this than I would have thought. All of us fly differently. Some fly like birds, like a plane, or even as if they would be swimming. Our dreams are as unique as we are.

Henry David Toreau went as far as to saying: "Dreams are the touchstones of our character." If that is true, we are unique and similar at the same time.

As I am fascinated by these dreams, I decided to reach out to others and find out how they experience flying in their dreams. I created a survey, and I am sharing these flying dreams here.
